FAQ About Swim & Gym
How does the sign in / out process work?
We have an electronic iPad system for signing kids into camp, which will make the sign in process smoother and safer for all our campers. Children can be dropped off at anytime throughout the day, except for Thursdays when we ask that children are dropped off by 8:30 am for field trips. Also please make sure to include lunch, swim gear, and that he/she is sunscreened before being signed in.
8:00 am - 9:00 am - Sign In is open in Room 104 for Olders (3rd grade and up) and Room 15 for Youngers (2nd grade and younger) and LITs. For the security of the campers at SACC, please come in person to sign your child in.
9:00 am - 5:00pm - At 9:00 am Sign In is moved to the PCC SACC Office until 5:00 pm. During this time parents are free to pick up and drop off their children as needed. However, please be sure to come to the office reguardless of whether you're dropping off or picking up.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Sign out is in Room 104 or the playground right outside of Room 104 for Olders (3rd grade and up) and the patio in front of Room 15 or Room 15 for Youngers (2nd grade and younger).
Is financial assistance available?
We aim to keep PCC SACC program's pricing as competitive as we can. We also offer special offers to campers who register for 4 camp weeks or more during the summer. Please email email@example.com for more information on how to apply.
What do I bring to Swim & Gym Summer Camp?
Campers should come pre-sunscreened, with a swimsuit, goggles, and a lunch. The only exception is on Tasty Tuesday when we provide lunch for every camper. A schedule of what will be served is posted ahead of time so you may plan ahead.
What are the behavior expectations?
It is our expectation that campers will behave well. Being respectful, appropriate interactions and learning self-control is part of a process. At PCC SACC Swim & Gym, we work to promote positive, healthy relationships with self and others. Please discuss our expectations with your child and have them sign below – acknowledging that they know what is expected and will try to do it.
Our staff will work with parents to develop an action plan to reduce or eliminate unhealthy behavior. If the action plan does not produce the desired results, a conference will be requested with parents and other staff members to determine next steps. PCC SACC Swim & Gym does reserve the right to terminate a camper’s enrollment in the program if there is an inability to resolve problematic behaviors.
